Thomas Miller appoints Hugh Titcomb as new Chief Executive
Thomas Miller, the international provider of market leading insurance services, intends to appoint Hugh Titcomb as its new Chief Executive, subject to shareholder approval, replacing Bruce Kesterton.
Hugh Titcomb Joined Thomas Miller in 2016 having held a broad range of senior leadership roles within the financial services sector. Hugh has a strong understanding of the Thomas Miller Group, developed through his role as Chief Executive of the Group’s investment business, Thomas Miller Investment, and as a member of the Group Executive Committee. These positions have enabled Hugh to establish valuable working relationships across Thomas Miller’s managed businesses, its owned businesses and with clients, third party partners and staff.
Hugh has been selected by the Board to replace Bruce Kesterton as Chief Executive of the Thomas Miller Group following a rigorous selection process, conducted both externally and internally. Bruce Kesterton, who is retiring, joined Thomas Miller in 1987 and has been a member of the Thomas Miller Holdings board since 1999.

Thomas Miller Americas appoints new Senior Claims Executive
Thomas Miller Americas, provider of market leading insurance services, has appointed Meaghan Argentieri as a Senior Claims Executive to its New Jersey office.
A maritime professional with nearly two decades of experience, Meaghan joins Thomas Miller Americas from a Jones Act Ocean Carrier, where she held both operational and risk management positions. Meaghan was responsible for handling a broad range of, often multi-million dollar, personal injury and cargo claims.
Her new role at Thomas Miller Americas will focus on handling a caseload of P&I Club matters and providing expert advisory services to Members.

Τη θέση του μη εκτελεστικού προέδρου αναλαμβάνει ο πρώην πρέσβης των ΗΠΑ στην Ελλάδα, Thomas Miller, στο νέο διοικητικό συμβούλιο της θυγατρικής Intralot Inc., που δραστηριοποιείται στην αμερικανική αγορά.
Σύμφωνα με την εταιρική ανακοίνωση, ο κ. Daniel Rappaport θα είναι μη εκτελεστικός Αντιπρόεδρος και Ανεξάρτητο Μέλος, ο κ. Nicholas Mitropoulos, Ανεξάρτητο Μέλος, ο κ. Byron Boothe, Μέλος και εκτελών χρέη διευθύνοντος συμβούλου (Interim CEO) και ο κ. Νίκος Νικολακόπουλος (αναπληρωτής διευθύνων σύμβουλος του ομίλου Intralot ), μέλος του Δ.Σ. της Intralot Inc.
Ο πρόεδρος και διευθύνων σύμβουλος του ομίλου Intralot, κ. Ο Thomas Miller είναι πρώην Αμερικανός διπλωμάτης και έχει διατελέσει τρεις φορές Αμερικανός Πρεσβευτής, συμπεριλαμβανομένων των θητειών του στην Ελλάδα, τη Βοσνία-Ερζεγοβίνη και στην Κύπρο ως διαπραγματευτής. Επιπλέον, έχει διατελέσει και Διευθύνων Σύμβουλος της Plan International, ενός ΜΚΟ με έδρα το Ηνωμένο Βασίλειο, που έχει σκοπό να στηρίξει τα παιδιά στις αναπτυσσόμενες χώρες, Πρόεδρος/Διευθύνων Σύμβουλος του International Executive Services Corps (IESC), Πρόεδρος της United Nations Association, Πρόεδρος της International Commission of Missing Persons (ICMP), και Μέλος του Διοικητικού Συμβουλίου του The Partnership for a Secure America.
