Aviva plc announces that it has successfully completed its share buyback programme which was notified to the market on 5 March 2026

As a result of the Programme, Aviva acquired 56,721,704 ordinary shares at an average price of 617.05 pence per share.
As at close of business on 7 July 2026, Aviva had 3,001,654,143 issued ordinary shares admitted to trading, 203,460 of which are pending cancellation under the Programme. Aviva does not hold any ordinary shares in treasury and therefore, net of ordinary shares pending cancellation, Aviva has 3,001,450,683 ordinary shares admitted to trading.

ING announced today that, as part of our €1.1 billion share buyback programme announced on 30 October 2025, in total 2,606,377 shares were repurchased during the week of 26 January up to and including 30 January 2026.
