Eurobank – Resignation of member of the Boards of Directors

Eurobank Ergasias Services and Holdings S.A. (“Company”) informs the investment community that, following its corporate announcement dated 19.12.2019 regarding the agreement with doValue for Europe and Cairo transactions, Mr. Theodoros Kalantonis, Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Executive Member of the Boards of Directors (BoD) of the Company and its subsidiary entity Eurobank S.A. (Bank), submitted his resignation from the aforementioned positions, effective as of 3rd April 2020.
Following the above, in the framework of the agreement with doValue, Mr. Theodoros Kalantonis is undertaking the position of the Executive Chairman of the BoD of the Bank’s subsidiary «Eurobank FPS Loans and Credits Claim Management Société Anonyme» (Eurobank FPS).
NBG announces the resignation of Mr Dimitrios Kapotopoulos

The National Bank of Greece (the “Bank”) announces that, during the Board of Directors session held today, the resignation of Mr. Dimitrios Kapotopoulos from the position of Executive Board Member was announced.
In addition, it is announced that during the same session, the Bank’s Board of Directors resolved upon the appointment of Mr. Vassilis Karamouzis as General Manager Corporate and Investment Banking and member of the Executive Committee. Mr. George Koutsoudakis was promoted within the same General Division of Corporate Banking to the position of General Manager Corporate SMEs and Shipping.
The Board of Directors of the Bank extended a warm thank you to Mr. Dimitrios Kapotopoulos for his cooperation and considerable contribution to the workings of the Board of Directors.
