Ξεκίνησε ο 12ος κύκλος του Project Future της Πειραιώς σε συνεργασία με το ReGeneration
Με τη συμμετοχή 354 νέων πτυχιούχων από όλη την Ελλάδα ξεκίνησε ο 12ος κύκλος του Project Future της Πειραιώς, το οποίο υλοποιείται σε συνεργασία με το ReGeneration. Το πρόγραμμα απευθύνεται σε νέους και νέες πτυχιούχους, παρέχοντας εξειδικευμένη εκπαίδευση και τις δεξιότητες που χρειάζονται μετά την ολοκλήρωση των σπουδών τους, για να βρουν τη θέση τους στην αγορά εργασίας.
Καλωσορίζοντας τους νέους και τις νέες στον 12ο κύκλο, ο Διευθύνων Σύμβουλος της Πειραιώς κ. Χρήστος Μεγάλου τόνισε: «Το Project Future αποτελεί μια στρατηγική πρωτοβουλία που αντανακλά τη σταθερή δέσμευση της Πειραιώς να επενδύει ουσιαστικά στη νέα γενιά. Με συνέπεια και όραμα, προσφέρουμε ένα ολοκληρωμένο πλαίσιο εκπαίδευσης που εξοπλίζει τους νέους πτυχιούχους με δεξιότητες υψηλής αξίας και τους προετοιμάζει για τις απαιτήσεις της σύγχρονης αγοράς εργασίας. Πιστεύουμε βαθιά ότι η ενίσχυση του ανθρώπινου κεφαλαίου και ειδικά των νέων αποτελεί θεμελιώδη προϋπόθεση, όχι μόνο για μια ανταγωνιστική οικονομία, αλλά και για την αναπτυξιακή πορεία της χώρας».
Για τον 12ο κύκλο του προγράμματος εκδήλωσαν ενδιαφέρον συμμετοχής 2.624 νέες και νέοι. Επιλέχθηκαν 354 υποψήφιοι/ες, που θα εκπαιδευτούν στις ακόλουθες 8 ακαδημίες:
– Banking Consulting Academy powered by Accenture- Human Resources Management σε αποκλειστική συνεργασία με το Alba Executive Development- Digital Marketing & eCommerce Young Practitioners του Οικονομικού Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών (ΟΠΑ)- Ανάπτυξη νέων προϊόντων στον κλάδο των τροφίμων σε αποκλειστική συνεργασία με την Αμερικανική Γεωργική Σχολή- Generative AI Technologies & Tools in Practice powered by Code.Hub- Mobile Development with C# powered by Natech Banking Solutions- Project Management with Agile Specialization & GenAI Tools powered by Code.Hub- Data Engineering & Business Intelligence powered by Code.Hub
Μετά την ολοκλήρωση της εκπαίδευσης, τα βιογραφικά των αποφοίτων παραμένουν διαθέσιμα για έναν χρόνο σε περισσότερες από 2.000 συνεργαζόμενες επιχειρήσεις στο δίκτυο του ReGeneration, με στόχο την απορρόφησή τους στην αγορά εργασίας.
Συνολικά, κατά τη διάρκεια των 11 προηγούμενων κύκλων του Project Future, 2.180 νέες και νέοι συμμετείχαν σε μια από τις εξειδικευμένες εκπαιδεύσεις του προγράμματος και είχαν έτσι τη δυνατότητα να εξελίξουν τις επαγγελματικές τους δεξιότητες, ενώ έως σήμερα, 1.424 απόφοιτοι έχουν βρει εργασία. Σημειώνεται ότι από το 2018, στο πλαίσιο των 11 κύκλων του προγράμματος, έχουν πραγματοποιηθεί 64 ακαδημίες σε τομείς του Business και της Τεχνολογίας.
Το Project Future εντάσσεται στο πλαίσιο του προγράμματος Εταιρικής Υπευθυνότητας της Πειραιώς «EQUALL – Για μια Κοινωνία Ισότιμων Ανθρώπων».
Legal & General commits £100m to Sunderland regeneration
Legal & General announces that is has committed £100m to back Sunderland City Council’s extensive masterplan for the regeneration of the former Vaux Brewery site. Proposed as a new core business district, Legal & General’s investment, which forms part of the wider ‘Riverside Sunderland’ project, is supporting the creation of up to 3,000 new jobs. Sunderland is home to over 5,500 businesses, including 80 internationally owned corporations, employing more than 100,000 people. Despite this, there has been a lack of development of Grade A office space and good quality stock within the city centre has been limited. Sunderland, therefore, is a key target for Legal & General as it looks to support the transformation of a city which has seen significant underinvestment for the past twenty years. Legal & General is uniquely placed to invest pension money into the UK economy. Across the UK, it has invested over £22bn into direct investments such as urban regeneration, clean energy and transport infrastructure. This can help support its long-term commitments whilst driving extraordinary social outcomes by creating real jobs, high quality and varied housing and better infrastructure. This, in turn, boosts productivity and delivers vibrant communities in which people can live longer, healthier and happier lives. Meeting Sunderland’s increasing need for modern office facilities, the £100m investment from Legal & General seeks to deliver three new commercial buildings, comprising up to 300,000 sq ft of Grade A office space including the new Sunderland City Hall. Legal & General’s investment should act as a catalyst for wider regeneration, driving regional economic growth and job creation within Sunderland.
