Attica Bank’s Announcement regarding the annual consolidated financial statements
Οn 06.05.2021 and following the announcement of the Press Release of results of 28.04.2021 of the Attica Bank Group for the year ended 31.12.2020, the Management of Attica Bank informed the investing public about the following:
The annual consolidated financial statements of the Bank / Group of Attica Bank for the fiscal year 01.01.2020 – 31.12.2020 were approved on 05.05.2021, by the competent bodies of the Bank, pending the completion of the relevant report of the KPMG auditors.
The Management of the Bank / Group have provided to KPMG all the items requested during the audit, while on 05.05.2021 signed the Representation Letter of the Management to the certified auditors for the audit control for the fiscal year 01.01.2020 – 31.12.2020.
All comments and proposals of the auditors have been accepted by the Bank and have been incorporated into the annual and consolidated financial statements, while it is noted that from what the Bank’s Management knows, there is no reservation of the auditors regarding the financial figures. Notwithstanding, up until today (06.05.2021, at 10:40), the required audit report of the certified auditors has not yet been delivered to the Bank’s Management, as our auditor informed us that the completion of the quality assurance procedures of the audit is still pending.
The Bank will inform its investors immediately for any new development concerning the abovementioned issue.
Full Year 2020 results announcement scheduled for March 23, 2021
Alpha Bank will announce its Full Year 2020 results on Tuesday, March 23, 2021. The schedule for the day will be as follows:

Attica Bank – Announcement of 28/05/2020
Attica Bank informs its investors that the BoD at its meeting of 27.05.2020 decided, within the Bank’s strategic plan and in accordance with the report of a chartered auditor for the fair and reasonable transaction for the Bank’s shareholders, to proceed with the disinvestment of the Bank’s subsidiary “AtticaBank Properties S.A.” and the transfer of the total (100%) of the Bank’s shares to a legal entity under private law under the name “Public Works Engineers Fund”, which is related party to Attica Bank S.A., for a total price of €1.2 mln (€535 thn + net cash).
The above transaction will be implemented after the approval of the shareholders’ meeting of the Bank and the expiration of the deadlines or the receipt of any licences requested in accordance with Articles 99-101 of L.4548/2018. The profit from this transaction, which will be reflected in the financial statements of the Bank and of the Attica Bank Group during the H1 of 2020, amounts to approximately €700 thn.
