Eurobank Ergasias SA. (“Eurobank”) hereby announces that, following the agreement and relevant announcement of 5th October 2017, the sale of the non-performing unsecured consumer loan portfolio of unpaid total principal amount of €1.5bln to Intrum Hellas DAC, a company controlled by Intrum Group, was completed on November 13, 2017. The servicing of the portfolio has been delegated to Financial Planning Services S.A. (FPS), which is the 100% owned by Eurobank licensed NPL servicer.
